Shcools can apply for the cancellation of the service by writing to ask@penpencileraser.com within 15 days from the sign-up date. Services are not eligible for cancellation when they are used before applying the cancellation by entering the application settings with or without user data in any of the modules. In case of the cancellation accepted, within 15 days customers will be refunded with a 5% of the sum deducted as cancellation fee.
