Since 3 years starting from 2013, our school has been managed with complete digitization and we have been using the online school management software PEN-PENCIL-ERASER. It worked wonders and we are stepping into the 4 year of association with them. We had been using in 4 admin computers and the computer lab systems, our teachers work on daily basis and so our students as well. A Look Back:
Thinking the way back scenario that was the hard times experienced that required ample efforts to be co-ordinated effectively and promptly. Situations what we encountered were delays, confusions and manual circulars. The collaboration with the parents did suffer a bit and more worries over intimations and acknowledgements. All the manual handling by the staff and faculty members suffered on time management. Think of looking into a data or a file burdened us and did take much time over the search.

We were excited to see our all-new school website with the complete Content Management System. The teachers were given dedicated log-in credentials to manage their class stuffs. The students and parents did get their personal log-in access to get the updates of the school and their wards. This personal approach worked really well and the best part was it became more effective with the integrated SMS intimation. What I would wish to share here is that we were totally satisfied with the features and it went complete with our affordable level of payments.
